At LHC, we offer a variety of services. Therapy here is done different. Here, our main concern is the clinical/client relationship. If you do not feel comfortable in our space, healing cannot take place. We want to be sure you are a fit for us, and we are a fit for you. We do not accept anyone just because we accept your insurance-we want to of service to you and we take our responsibility seriously. Feel free to schedule a 10 minute consult.

    LHC is currently in the process of leaving some insurance panels, please call us to see if we still accept your insurance, as this list will be changing.

    Currently we are accepting the following:

    Optum (to include UBH, UHC and Harvard Pilgrim)-No longer accepting

    Veterans Community Care Network (MS Only)

    Aetna (to include EAP)-No longer accepting EAP

    Cigna (to include EAP)

    BCBSTX-No longer accepting

    We also accept the following through your employer:

    Health Saving Account (HSA ) and Family Savings Account (FSA).

    Most large insurance companies offer reimbursement, but please inquire with them.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Life happens to us all, so please call as soon as you know you cannot make your session. If cancellation is not made within 24 hours, you are subject to a cancellation fee.

    No Show/Late Cancellation

    We have a 15 minute wait policy. If you do not show within 15 minutes, your session is cancelled and you are subject to the cancellation fee. No show also is implemented when you are not in a proper setting to conduct sessions (i.e. grocery store, driving, another appt., etc).
