When is the right time for therapy?

If you are here, the right time is now. Have you tried everything and nothing is worked? Letty Cottin Pogrebin once said “ If the family were a boat, it would be a canoe that makes no progress unless everyone paddles.” Even if one person stops paddling, this is a time to ask:

• What are we missing?

• What have we tried?

• How can we move forward together?

I can go on and on, but I am sure you get my point. Here, we want you to paddle together, because that is what families do and that is what gets you to the point of destination.
